D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of these Conditions, or any Additional Terms, is for virtually any motive deemed invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a courtroom or arbitrator of skilled jurisdiction, then that provision might be deemed severable from these Conditions or the extra Conditions, as well as invalidity i
